Players That Coaches Need To Know: Devale Johnson, Dyshane Murphy & Zion Morgan

Devale Johnson, Williston State (Pictured Above)

The 6'7 forward was an important piece for a Williston State team that went 22-11 and made it to the National Tournament. Johnson plays with motor, has a great frame, super long arms, and can guard multiple positions. This season, he averaged 13.4 ppg, 8.9 rpg, and 1.8 bpg while shooting 53.7% from the field and 43.3% from 3. 

Dyshane Murphy, USC Salkehatchie 

The 5'10 point guard is quick and has knack for scoring the ball. He is a fearless competitor and great attacking the basket. This season, he averaged 15.8 ppg, 4.4 apg, and 1.6 spg and helped his team to a 21-11 record. He is on track to graduate and will be great pick up for program looking for a PG.

Zion Morgan, Wabash Valley 

The 6'4 combo guard helped his team to a 25-8 record and top 25 ranking this season. He was huge in the Region 24 tournament helping them to the Championship game. His best game this season was against National Champion Vincennes where he had 25 points (4-5 from 3), 7 rebounds, and 3 assists. Morgan played in 27 games as a freshman at UNLV before transferring to Wabash Valley. He sat out last year with injury. He is on track to graduate and will have his 60%.
