This past weekend (Oct 11-12) I attended the JucoShowcase All American Jamboree in Orlando, FL. There were 57 teams (27 JUCOs and 30 Prep/Post Grads) in attendance. Over 200 Division 1 Schools came to watch games. Below are several JUCO standouts from this weekend:

6'2 Point Guard Malik Zachery of Chipola College - Zachery created shots for himself and his teammates. The steady PG controls the pace of game and is pesky defender

6'3 Point Guard Shawndarius Cowart of Pensacola State - Cowart showed his passing ability, defended extremely well, and played with motor

6'7 Wing/Foward Clarence Jackson of Polk State - The most intriguing prospect from the weekend, Jackson showed he has a high level skillset 

6'8 Forward DeAndre Pinckney of Broward College - Pinckney showed his versatility knocking down shots from the perimeter as well as finishing inside

6'5 Wing Latrell Jones of College of Central Florida - Latrell is a high motor athletic wing that makes winning plays

6'4 Combo Guard Keon Ellis of FL Southwestern State - Ellis scored from all 3 levels this weekend and excelled on the defensive end

6'4 Scoring Guard Cahiem Brown of Georgia Highlands - Brown showed his offensive ability scoring coming off the ballscreens and in transition. Brown is Rs Fr with 3 years to play

6'7 Forward Jshin Brownlee of Louisburg College - Brownlee is one of the strongest athletes in Juco and showed his versatility scoring inside and out

6'7 Wing/Forward Mohamed Fofana of Palm Beach State - Fofana was impressive rebounding and scoring the ball. Fofana averaged 8 ppg and 5 rpg as a freshman at Butler CC last season

6'8 Forward Ahmad Rand of USC Salkehatchie - Rand impressed with his rebounding, shot blocking and athletic finishing around the rim
