Jaylen Barford, a 6'4 combo guard out of Motlow State, will take an unofficial visit to Xavier tomorrow. Barford is one of the top returning players in the country in the 2016 JC class. 

Last season he averaged 20 points, 7 assists and 5 rebounds per game and was named an NJCAA All-American. Barford is excellent in transition and is very good at attacking the rim off the dribble in the half-court setting. He has good size/strength (208 lbs.) and is tough to stop when he gets in the paint. Barford is an explosive athlete who can take a hit and score the ball through contact. 

He has heavy interest/offers from Alabama, Auburn, Missouri, Wichita St, Arkansas, Cincinnati and many more. Barford will be playing in the All American JUCO Showcase Elite 80 Camp July 18-19 in Atlanta, GA.
