This recruiting/scouting service has been approved in accordance with NCAA bylaws, policies, and procedures. NCAA Division I basketball coaches are permitted to subscribe to this recruiting/scouting service. Sample reports are available upon request.

Southeast High School Coverage + National: Detailed coverage of the top high school prospects in the Southeast U.S as well as select national and international prospects. We evaluate the top players across the U.S. during regular season games, tournaments, prep events, live period events (shoe company circuits and non-shoe company). We also provide coverage of the NBA Academies and Overtime Elite. Our Southeast HS database has now been merged with our National HS database to also include our detailed Hoop Exchange HS report, along with all of our detailed national coverage.

A comprehensive ranking and evaluation system using our proprietary algorithm that merges analytical data points, statistics, character analysis, and traditional evaluations of all former JUCO players in the NCAA D1 transfer portal.
To purchase the Alumni Portal Package add-on, you must be an EBS Scouting Service gold or platinum subscriber.
This service will include the following:
– Daily updates of former JUCO players who enter the transfer portal
– Prospects will be updated daily as new players enter the portal
– Players will be ranked with a combination of analytics, statistics, character analysis, and traditional evaluations
– A proprietary algorithm with multiple analytical data points will be included for each prospect

-Is available to all institutions at the same rate, per year.
-Does not allow any institution to purchase more than one subscription per year and does not provide video footage of prospects
-Disseminates information more than 4 times per year
-Publicly identifies geographic scope as national junior college, high school and international
-Provides analysis, in the information it disseminates, beyond demographic information or rankings of prospective student-athletes by providing detailed evaluations on players’ strengths and weaknesses, height, weight, grades, contact info, etc
