Tim Miles and his staff have added some size and strength for next season. Leslee Smith, a 6-8 power forward out of Seward County CC, gave a verbal commitment to Nebraska after taking an official visit.  He has a good frame and knows how to use his body in the paint. Smith can score the ball from 5 feet and in and is solid defensively in the low post. Smith was also considering St. Louis. He averaged 8 points and 7 rebounds per game this season.

Cheikh Sane, 6-8 forward out of Snow College, has committed to play for Marshall next season. Sane recently visited Marshall and will sign during the April signing period. He averaged 10 points and 9 rebounds while shooting 55% from the field this season.

Desmond Lee, a 6-3 guard out of New Mexico JC, is on an official visit at Creighton today. Lee visited NC State over the weekend and was at Baylor last week. Look for a decision to come pretty soon.

Corey Allen and Garrett Nevels, both guards out of Mt. San Antonio College (CA), will take official visits to Hawaii today. Allen and Nevels led Mt. San Antonio to a Calforina State JUCO Championship this season and Allen was names SO-Cal JC Player of the Year. Both averaged around 20 ppg this season.
