Chris Griffin didn’t take long to decide that he wanted to attend Rutgers after his official visit this weekend. Griffin, a 6-7 guard/forward out of Wabash Valley College, committed to Rutgers this morning according to his AAU coach, Chris Ayers. Along with Rutgers, Griffin had interest from Auburn (where he was scheduled to visit this coming weekend), Florida Gulf Coast, St. Bonaventure, Illinois State, San Francisco and Miami (FL).  Griffin averaged 10.5 ppg and 3 rpg this season. He was injured for much of the season, but is now back at full strength.

Remi Dibo (6-9/G/F/2013) of Casper College has seen his recruitment pick up throughout the second half of the year. Dibo has interest from Memphis, Washington, Clemson, TCU and Georgia and will set up official visits soon. He averaged 18.6 points and 5 rebounds per game this season. He is a face up four man who can also play some three. Dibo has a fluid game for his size and has the ability to step out and knock down jumpers beyond the three point line.

Corey Allen, a 6-2 point guard out of Mt. San Antonio College (CA), took an official visit to UTEP last weekend. Allen was the Southern California JUCO Player of the Year and averaged 22 points per game while leading Mt. SAC to a California State JUCO Championship. Allen is hearing from a variety of mid and high major schools and plans to line up more visits soon.
